My home for four days and three nights

Sinulog 2009

One Beat, One Dance, One Vision!

I am posting some Sinulog 2009 pictures. This is my third Sinulog in Cebu City. Does that mean I've been here for three years already? Wow!

There's something about the Sinulog that makes me want to join the huge crowd on the streets. It's just so inviting. I don't mind the long and painful walk. I always enjoy the beat, the dance, the colorful costumes, the fireworks, and everything else.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take a lot of photos during the parade because the camera ran out of batteries. Boo!!! :(

I am worried about my family, friends, and relatives back home. The news about the flood in Cagayan de Oro is frightening.

My parents informed me that the heavy rains and strong winds have not stopped.

Please help me pray for their safety. Let us pray for all Cagayanons.

Lord, may You protect and guide them. May You keep them away from harm.

Hello 2009

Happy New Year, everyone!

It's been quite some time since I last posted an entry here. I was on vacation for three weeks. Hehe! :)

As I start the new year, I thank God for all the blessings and love that He gave me in the previous year. I pray that He'll continue to guide and protect all my loved ones. May He also constantly shower us with blessings.

So what are my new year's resolutions? Hmmmm...

• eat right
• exercise regularly
• be more patient
• give to those who are in need
• and the list goes on...
